Can I beat the AI on hard mode?

No — the hard AI uses minimax and plays perfectly. The best you can do is draw. Try medium for a beatable opponent.

What is medium difficulty?

Medium AI plays randomly about 40% of the time, so it makes occasional mistakes and can be beaten.

Can I play against another person?

Yes — select "2 Player" mode and take turns on the same device.

How are wins tracked?

Win/draw/loss record is saved per mode (vs AI easy/medium/hard and 2P) in your browser.
